Add a contract to frequently contacted on s8

Can add to speed dial , but yeah they took out list for favorite and recent contact .

Welcome to Android Central! On most phones, the Frequent Contacts area is managed by the system itself. That area usually contains Starred contacts as well, so have you tried Starring the contact in question (or designating it as Favorite)?
