Add to Bottom Tool Options

Is there any way to add a notification bar pull down icon on the bottom tools so that even when in an app I can click on it to see notifications pulled down? This is a feature I became use to on my old LG phone.

I think when you enable a setting in accessibility and little floating circle allows quick access to notification panel drop down,back pages,power button ect.

Thanks. Not as good as lg cuz it takes 2 pushes but still a big improvement!

There is a gesture setting that allows pulling down of the notification bar, by swiping down on the fingerprint sensor.

Yes that is better since it doesn't require the extra press. I do like the other options of the floating accessibility icon though so I will keep it active as well.
