Add users? where? please help..idk

I just have a quick inquiry...probably dumb but anyways ive been reading tips and tricks articles on the g4 and ive witnessed other phone have the option of switching user to guest and such like when they go downt the notification tray....like they have a little icon, where is mine though :/. I have a google account and everything on here.

Depending on your carrier, you will or won't have the Lollipop feature..I'm not entirely sure why they removed it, honestly. My Nexus 5 had it and I really enjoyed quickly switching to Guest mode as well.

My AT&T version doesn't have it. I believe Verizon G4 doesn't either. I forget whether T-Mobile or Sprint has it.

As said above, it isn't in some carrier versions. My h815 international unlocked had it but my Verizon one didn't.

Sprint does not have the option either. Man, this is one feature I really want. WTF is up with the carriers removing this stuff!
