You have to call in to get the $30 unlimited hotspot I don't think they will ever put it on the online since they would love for you to accidentally add tiered pricing and give up your unlimited.

You can also get it directly from your phone when activating this feature--at least some of us can.

One thing Rob... she kept saying "remove the feature in the middle of the billing cycle". Literally, that would be 15 days and $15 at $1.00/day. Perhaps she asked a supervisor, how much if it is removed "in the middle of the cycle" and he said "$15.00" ...
