Adding apps as safe

I was wondering if its possible to add any apps as safe so the system doesn't send a notification such as Kingroot that it is unsafe and suggest to remove it. The notification keeps staying on top of the screen and I can only get rid off it if I restart the phone.
Any suggestions?

Not that I've found - I'd like to see some way of doing this too. Xposed and Wanam are two apps that are considered potentially unwanted programs, and have been giving me popups for years. (I think Xposed itself stopped doing that a few revisions ago, but I got one for Wanam about an hour ago.)
