So ... "new phone, who dis?"
Anyhoo... I'm having a problem trying to add just one particular VISA card to Google Pay app.
I always end up with this screen. (Below image attachment is an example from online.)

I've contacted my credit card bank several times in the past 48 hours.
Apparently, it might be my phone, because tech support mentioned (after deleting/reseting on their end, and mine deleted and restored on Google account through web browser) that there was no indication that my later attempts at activating the card were registered on their server networks or whatever it is on their end.
