Adding Google As Panel

Hi,

Just got my Note 8 today and I haven't spend much time on it yet but I can tell I will be having lots of fun over the next few weeks.

One thing I can't figure out, I disabled Bixby, is there a way to replace the panel with Google? Or maybe even adding it to the right. On my previous phone Nexus 6P, i just had to swipe left and the news, weather, stocks, articles I'm interested in will be available to me. Anyway to add it to the Note 8? Thank you in advance.
