Adding ICON

Is it possible to ad a "touch.facebook.com" Icon--or link on my apps screen?

Not to your "Applications" screen, per se, but you can add it to your desktop.
Bookmark that site. Then on your home screen, add a shortcut. Click on "Bookmark." Then select the Touch.Facebook bookmark and it will appear on your Home screen. Place it wherever you want and click on it for instant access.
