I set up a domain email account today: mfrumkin@retirementbenefitservices.com. I cannot figure out how to get it on my phone so I can see my business emails. I can't add it to my gmail client because it wants an address ending in gmail.com. So I tried adding it to the native Samsung client but on the server settings it only puts in mfrumkin as user name and tells me incorrect user name or password. There has to be a way to do this. I want to use pop3 and need the port numbers.

what would you use to access it via the web? hopefully there is a preferences section there where you can see your settings.

Whatever site you're using to host the email account will have proper instructions on setting up the email client. Log in to your provider site, find the help page, and search for "configure pop mail" and it should return what you need.

Typically, it knows what ports to use. You need to make sure you're putting in the correct pop (incoming) and Smtp (outgoing) mail servers...And the correct authentication method.

More than likely, you'll have to change your user name to the full email address, but only your hosting provider can tell you for sure.
