Adding new contacts

How do I add new phone contacts to my Moment. It says it's installed everytime I put it in, however I can't find it.

1. Have you signed up for a google account? If so, Google isnt in sync with your phone. Do a contacts search and see if it comes up. Stupidist thing I ever heard of really. See my post.. Google is hijacking all of our contacts and should be sued for invasion of privacy
