Additional wallpaper download....won't work

When you go into, Settings-Personalize-Wallpaper-HTC Wallpaper, it gives you the option to download additional ones from HTC, but it requires you to set up a HTC account, it will not allow me to do so on the phone, and I was wondering WHERE on HTC.com can I create the account and see if it'll allow me to log in.

You can easily set it up on the phone; just use your gmail address and password as your HTC account.

You don't have to get wall paper from HTC. There is a ton of wall paper here on Android Central, and you just download it and save it somewhere.

don't use that anymore. just search for wallpapers here or on google. there are lots of better and cool wallpapers out there.

Find a photo you like from your computer. Add the photo to Google+ Photos.
Launch Google+ from the HOX
Right click on the photo in G+ Photos and choose "Set as Wallpaper"
