Adds popping out on phone and s note application

Hi. I am having a weird issue last two days with my 3-day old note 8.

It started to show video adds while using phone and s note. It is ok and usual for the third party apps downloaded from Google play but it is very awkward being interrupted while you are saving a new number into contacts.

Any ideas?

My guess is it is a third party app running in the background, not a Samsung app. Unless it's new out of the box with no other apps installed, you need to find the offending app. If you didn't install any other apps, I would return it. The only other explanation would be to the phone or software isn't genuine.
