Adjust free space in internal memory

I'm starting to get a little low in free space. With the ROM I'm using (Rebirth-AC ROM), I had to delete some apps in order to get storage space to about 100 MB free. Going through some of the other partitions, I saw that there was some space not being used. Also, I had heard somewhere that it is theoretically possible to move the caches to the SD card and free that space up for app storage. Does anyone know how to do these without bricking my phone?

Go to Settings > Applications > Manage

there you can move apps to your SD card, just not internal ones.

I guess I should have also mentioned that the storage space is with Apps2SD already.
