Basically I was in my manage apps on App Brain and it told me there was an update for flash and showed a newer version then the current one in the phone. Yet it would not let me update it, the page didn't exist on the market. Then when I check Adobe's site, sure enough it has an update. The version on the Evo is 10.1.72.7, Adobe's site is showing newest version is 10.1.92.8 which App Brain shows but won't let it update. ???????

It looks like currently only Nexus One owners are seeing the option to update to this latest version.

Everything seems to be working well. Don't know if there is anything specific I should be looking for though.

Unless your flash isn't working, why install an unofficial patch? More "flash problem" threads in 3..2..

You can find all the info and change logs here.

Adobe - Flash Player Developer Center

Also to the users who have updated, does it give you the option to uninstall updates in manage applications? If so I would recommend removing it before updating it when it officially becomes available for the Evo.

My Evo tries to update through the Android Market, but during the install I get a 'install unsuccessful' message.

Is there any reason we should uninstall. I dont see any issue with mine and could not find any reason to uninstall based on the adobe site.

I was saying uninstall if the official one becomes available for the EVO. Might be a good idea
