Does anyone know if this phone has Adobe flash player? If not, is there a work around like the s3?

You will have to always use the work around for android phones. Adobe stopped making flash for mobile.

The HTC One has a built in Adobe flash player.
Anyway, I'm afraid that when the phone updates to 5.0 or higher, the workaround won't work anymore.

I doubt that, I'm pretty sure it will still work. Its just that Adobe stopped making it
Otherwise there are many browsers in the Play Store with flash support
