Adobe Flash Update Now out

If you did the update to the to 10.1.92.8 that was not the official update and was the APK some downloaded, uninstall that before installing this new one, just to be safe. Enjoy everyone!

It's an update to the Flash Player...the one on Froyo is a dated version. Running great on the Evo after the update.

First impressions of mine are that it runs a lot smoother then the included Flash that came with Froyo. Props to Adobe for making this much smoother.

Yes that is the new version. The version before was 10.1.92.8 from the Nexus which got ported over and many installed it. It was never an official version though...

My Evo has version 10.1.72.7 installed and no option to uninstall. Should I go ahead and install the updated version anyway? or is there a way to uninstall 1st?

Just installed. A little smoother on CBS.com and definitely smoother on ESPN.com. But still not seamless.

From what I gather, the real problem is bad coding on the pages that makes the processor work harder. Go to cracked.com -- the videos there are perfectly smooth.

Once the newer phones with >1gb and dual core processors come out, these limitations will be overcome with sheer muscle.

I downloaded fast web install and appbrain from the market, then launch appbrain and it will sync with ypur google accpunt. Then just search for flash and it will show you the flash app with the update. Then just install from there.

Im not sure about it, i clicked on the link and i just followed the directions to download it directly to the phone. Also my phone is not rooted so the hulu fix wont work for me. But thanks anyway
