I tried to uninstall and disable app.. Downloaded Norton, add-ons detector, app brain, and anti adware all of them doesn't work.. I'm just desperate, the last thing I tried was restarting my phone.. Well, it doesn't work either.. Please help me.. Im using s7 edge..

I've seen this kind of thing before.

My wife had installed some little game or something which did this...

I had to uninstall the original app, then go into the All Applications menu and uninstall everything that wasn't stock or known-good; some four or five utilities that don't show up in the regular apps menu.

Live wallpapers, lock screen programs (usually weather related), system "optimizers". Those can all be littered with ads.

Even though you haven't installed anything new recently, have you made a change like adding a new widget?
Ran a program for the first time, even if it was installed a while ago?
