Ads upload from Samsung to Windows 10 Photo app but do not show in Gallery

I just bought a Samsung S8 and when I want to upload pictures to my laptop, there's a few pictures and many many ads and images but I do not see them on the gallery. I have to manually select unwanted images one by one. Why ?

Welcome to Android Central! Those are likely images cached by an app you installed, or possibly from an ad network that one of those apps uses. When you use the Import Pictures/Videos feature of Windows Explorer, it imports ALL images, including these cached images. In the future, don't use that feature. Instead, use Windows Explorer to manually select the image files that you want to drag and drop to the computer.
