I need help. I have a samsung s23 that I'm happy withBUT....I have been hacked by ads. They pop-up ALL the time even when I'm not using my phone. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

They pop up covering the screen completely what ever I am doing on my phone. Text, games, calls, email

Go into safe mode, if it's ok look at 3rd party apps that are causing this.
