Advanced Calling toggle

Is there any way to get convenient access to the Advanced Calling toggle on my VZW Note 9? I have to disable it in some areas or I have call reliability problems (was the same with my Note 8). Looking for some kind of direct access to that switch. I though maybe Bixby could do it because it is supposed to excel at phone settings stuff. So I thought I would finally find a use for Bixby - but that was a fail. It doesn't seem to be available in the Android Quick Settings either. Anyone have some tricks for this?

How do I get that setting in edge panel? I don't really like edge panel and don't use it, but I looked and don't see how to get that setting in there. Can you explain?
