Advanced messaging

After recent update 5.1.1 the advanced messaging settings says in progress, anybody know how to disable or correct it. It seems like it's on but days in progress and won't let me turn it off. Battery had decreased by half since the update also....?

Check to make sure Enhanced LTE services are checked in mobile data settings.

Hey! That worked.. ☺ i went to data, turned on enhanced lte, turned on video calling, then went to text message advanced settings and it let me turn it off... Thanks!
