Advertisement through an emergency alert?

My galaxy note 4 has suddenly been receiving what looks like an advertisement through emergency alerts.

This is what it says: Mount Rainer, MD AMBER Alert: LIC/3AJ7515 (MD) Silver Honda Odyssey Van

Maybe I'm Confused but where is the advertisement part? Looks like a normal amber alert to me

Lol but the Honda minivan is part of the amber alert. Amber alerts are for child abduction and I think it's a federal law they have to send those alerts out.

In your case they're saying to be on a lookout for the Honda Odyssey minivan with those license plates
