Please advice me should I update my Motorola droid turbo to Android Marshmallow ? Is this update good for my cell ? Currently I am using Android Lolipop and my cell is forcing me to update.

Yes, I think you should update to Marshmallow. I didn't notice any lost features or degradation in performance. I seem to remember battery life was slightly improved, nothing dramatic. Yeah, I'd do it.
