OK all, currently a Storm2 user and I do like it, but looking at the X or the Incredible, havent decided yet. Question about Gmail contacts and calender. Can I have contacts from one gmail account sync, and the calendar from another account sync? I have a shared "family" calendar that we use, but I have my separate contacts.

The Droid calendar will sync with whatever gmail account you use when you first set up the phone. That's the primary calendar - you can then add others - but any events you add into your calendar will go to your "primary" one.

My wife and I had a shared (third gmail/google account) with a calendar we shared on our iphones and that was it - not so simple with Android. I never used my gmail that much and she NEVER used hers (and still doesn't).

When we switched to Droid - all I did was "shared" our shared calendar (under the settings area when you log in on your PC) with each of our gmail accounts on each Droid X then I shared mine with our shared calendar and my wife's, my wife shared her's with me and our shared calendar.

Hopefully that came out in a semi-coherent manner.

yes you can do this.. I have 1 shared calendar with my wife and when I add stuff to my phone it shows up on our google calendar and on her phone and vice versa.
