ADW Launcher. ex problems, I need help!

OK, so I wanted to get some of these dark themes for my Bionic. The one I had found needed me to download and run ADW LAUNCHER. EX. This took the place of my Bionics stock desktop. IT is an ok app and I can change a f3ew things that are nice like the way the pages turn and icons for apps and the bottom tool bar. etc. but the one thing I don't like and miss was the FAVORITES widget on the top of the screen that I had. It was a nice drag down and showed 4 at all times. The way it unfolded was kinda cool too. Well now its gone and I can't get it back. The other thing is I used to have my contacts picture linked to thier Facebook so when they changed thier facebook it changed thier contact picture. Well that won't work anymore either.

I would really like to get my old favorites widget back....can anyone help....i did notice the ADW Launcher has some sort of bar but it won't display. I don't know how to make it work.

If I un isntall this app will it return my phone back to the original prefrences? This took over my desktop so I am not sure all is lost?

This is the same reason I am not using a 3rd party launcher. I love the quick contacts widget and have found the stock UI to run smoother than ADW. If you uninstall ADW your screen will go back to exactly how you had it before installing it.

idid get some of the other features working and you can mix and match themes.....it makes for a really nice look and feel. It pretty much works the same way but I miss the way it did favorites.....

I will tell you the hidden task bar on the bottom is real nice.....i have put my favorite or most used contacts there and it works real well.
