ADW Launcher (or any launcher for that matter) & HTC Sense Questi

I've been using Bamf Forever (Uber Bamf before) for quite some time now, but I usually use ADW EX as well which got me thinking. Do I really get any better battery life, functionality, smoothness (so to speak) by using Bamf Forever or any Roms with Sense 3.X?

I mainly been using Sense 3.0 for the nicer lockscreen (important to me), as it works better than Widget Locker. Since I use ADW I don't / cannot use Sense widgets anyway. So does anyone know of any benefit there is to use a Sense 3.0 Rom with a different launcher?

If there isn't, I might as well use some kind of Hybrid Rom that gives me the 3.0 lockscreen with Sense 2.1 etc? I usually like going with the Rom that has the most support, more bug free, newer base (if better) etc.. That is why I generally go with a GB/Sense 3.0 Rom.

Any thoughts, feedback etc?

I normally user BAMF Forever or Gingeritis 3D (Sense 3.0 roms) and they where incredible roms but I decided to give NonS3ns3 V3.2.1 which open I my eyes to trying things different because the speed and how well it ran with ADW... Butter Smooth.

I haven't seen any downside yet to running the NonS3ns3 V3.2.1 rom everything seems to run so much better without over clocking... I can say the battery life is better on roms that doesn't use the Sense interface.. Also since I use the stock Hotspot app (Must for Work) that a number of Sense roms don't have working, this is a plus for me.

Thanks, I'll check it out. I just installed Skyraider Zeus 1.0 which is 2.1 with 3.0 lockscreen. But might try your link as well.
