After a call my phone screen doesn't get on i would like to know the reason.

I bought Samsung Galaxy S10 from New Zealand and it was fine until i got this new software update. after the update phone setting are not working properly.
my main problem is after a call normally phone screen get on and u see the call summary but in my phone that doesn't work after this new update. i have to press the power button to on the screen. please give me a solution.

Have you turn on screen sensitivity in phone settings ?

Make sure the screen protector isn't blocking the proximity sensor, which can happen with a poorly designed protector, or if you use one meant for a different phone. Consider testing the phone with the screen protector off.

My phone was fine until the new software update. i had no problems with the screen proctor at all before the update.

If you don't wish to remove the screen protector to make the test - understandable - you could try a Cache Partition wipe, and if still no go, Safe Mode.
