After a full charge my Samsung S4 will not turn on, how can I get it working?

after a full charge my SamsunS4 will not turn on . Green light is on

no matter what button I push nothing happens . Do not know how to remove the back to check the battery

Looking at the phone, face on...on the right hand side above the power button you'll see a small bit of the back part cut away. Use your nail or a blunt tipped blade to prise the back cover away.

Battery just pops out then.
