After a hard reset, how to get rid of Clipboard Briefing?

I have a Samsung Tab S2, and have just reset it back to new as it had lots of rubbish on it. The problem I have run into is that on power on, the page loaded is the briefing page.Swiping it takes me to my pin login page and then my home page. Before I did the hard reset, I never had this page come up...always the pin login page which is what I want now. I have tried disabling it and also disabling it in the system app's. But no joy....I power up and there it is as the opening page..very frustrating. If only I could move it to the last page on the right would help.
But as I say, I guess I must have done something as I have never, ever had this page before. Any help appreciated, thanks.

I have had the clipboard briefing disabled since day one after getting this tablet. Since you did a hard reset, everything is now back to initial factory fresh settings. You may have to resellect which page is your home and then turn off briefing.
1. squeeze two fingers inward to bring up "widgets" add page.
2. select the proper "home" page by tapping the house icon, should be solid filled versus outline
3. swipe to briefing page and turn off using toggle at top right

If this doesn't work, as an alternate, go to apps in settings, force stop and then disable the clippings app.

Good luck
