After Android 9 Pie Update Incoming Message Notification Shows My Last Outgoing Message

It pops up like I'm texting myself. My name and my last message to the person whi is texting me. Galaxy S9 on ATT.

I figure another glitch in beta4 of which there are some but not Pie official on my ATT Note.

I have the exact same issue since the update to Android 9. I'm too on AT&T.
