After back up and reset my Galaxy S3 won't turn on any help?

after back up and reset my Galaxy s3 wont turn on any help ??

after back up and reset while my phone was in the rebooting process it went off and now trying to turn it on it wont turn on , any help ??

Almost the same thing here. Reboot and it comes up with "Unfortunatley, Google Account Manager has stopped". Can't do anything else with it but shut it down.
