After disabling Media Storage my Lenovo A328 doesn't save pictures, play music, videos etc.?

I have rooted my phone and deletes some system apps. I probably deleted something important because a message started to pop up "Unfortunately android.process.media has stopped." I searched for solution and I disabled Media Storage app. Now the message doesn't pop up but I'm not able to take any pictures, play music or even to change my ringtone. What to do?

I would restore the backup before you removed any apps, if you did one.
