after I formated my samsung S7 edge I can't inter to the system what is it?

Search the network and not inter to the next step. It says un authorized user.
I bought the device from UAE Dubai.

You bought the phone used, recently? Was this "format" the first thing you did to the device? It sounds like you're being blocked by factory reset protection.

Formatting a phone, if that's what you really did, removes the system (and everything else) from the phone. See if you can get it into download mode - volume down+home+power. If you get the warning screen, you can at least flash a new ROM to it. See [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN.

If you can't get it into download mode, it's gone. You may be able to find someone who can JTAG it for you, but probably not in the UAE, you'd have to ship it to Europe or the US. (JTAGing will basically replace the CPU of the phone and force a ROM directly into the system partition.)

After formating (wipe factory rest) re installing the system it can not through the apps, It serch the net work for a long time but not next step, I think it is FRP.
I bought a new one I have a ticket & every enformation about the phone you guys what do you suggest? Thank you in advance and I request an appolgy for my poor english.
