Hi Everyone, I have a Droid Razr with Verizon and I was just updated to ICS a few days ago. Love all the new features but I for some reason I can no longer stream any type of video. I don't think its a browser problem as I've tried the standard browser, opera mobile, xscope pro, and one other, cant remember which. All of them seem to do the same thing, the video begins to load and appears as if its going to play, then nothing happens. I also don't think the problem is related to any specific site as I've tried streaming video from several sites, including YouTube and they all do the same thing.

I did re-install Flash Player from Google Play but that did not seem to have any impact. I have to feel this is something with the upgrade as everything was working fine prior. I have no idea as to what is going on? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried doing a factory reset and wiping the cache? I would try that first, as others have had issues and doing those 2 things seemed to remedy their problems. I would consult those threads if a reset and wipe dont fix it

Thank you MercDroid........... Cleared the Cache and it worked great. I would have thought that the cache would have been automatically cleared on a reboot, but I guess not. Anyways, its working now and I can watch porn again. Thanks

How did you clear cache. I am having the same problem and I'm kind of new to this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I did a factory reset after updating to ICS and unfortunately I had Google backup all my apps so they reinstalled after the reset. This just caused the same problems to reappear (I had several after the update). I then found a setting that I could uncheck to have Google backup my apps and did another factory reset. Most problems disappeared but a few remain. Streaming video from webcams is one that didn't get fixed. I like to watch the bands from the bars in Key West and none work now where a couple worked before ICS. Like the OP reported, all the browsers do the same thing: act like they're loading, buffering and then they freeze the app. These are the flash cams - the WMP based ones have never worked on Android. If someone who thinks all flash based cams work on ICS, could you try these and report back so I can at least verify it's not just me. And just to verify, both these cams worked for me with GB. Thanks.

I use an app called One Touch Optimize and it works great to clear the cache. I'm sure there are others, but can tell you for sure that One Touch works.

I tried this on a Verizon Razr and I get the white writing but it says it is locked, proceed by connecting usb and programing. it must be a Verizon thing?
After trial and error found it works if you push both up and down volume and power at the same time Seems to be better ics now.

I also found out that you need to hold the volume button in a certain way.
Worked. I was able to clear the cash but still cannot get the java driven Noaa local radar to animate.:(

Both NASCAR race buddy (video) and MRN audio streaming will lockup the browser and have to force stop and restart to get data to resume to browser.
Cleared cache still not working. Just waiting for a streaming fix!

Try using Dolphin HD browser and set the user agent to iPhone, flash player should work. I had the same problem and after fiddling around I got it to work.
