After installing update on my Note 4 the finger print stopped working

After installing update on my Note 4 the finger print stopped working and the back up password will not work either. the google password also will not open it . I change the password from the android device manager and that did not work. Not sure what to do next? thanks for your help.

You actually use the fingerprint scanner on the Note 4? I found it "inconsistent" at best. And this is after doing the extra steps to make it more accurate...
