After interchanging motherboard one started showing 'system process not responding' and lot of lag

i have two redmi note 3 one in my daily device. my daily device's screen cracked and since other was having issue of auto restart and was not working properly so i interchanged there motherboard. Now device with my daily device motherboard and good screen is showing 'system process not responding' and does not respond to touch on lock screen some times and many small issue.

Its tough to say if the interchange cause the problem , best bet to take to repair shop see what they think .
