I heard the screen quality is not great.

It looks great to me tbh the color accuracy is spot on. I only notice the slight blue tint at extreme angles and I don't know anyone that looks at their phone 2 inches away at crazy angles. The LG built poled isn't quite as mature as the Samsung AMOLED but they are still new to building them. Unless you walk around holding an s8 next to a pixel 2 XL I doubt anyone but the most picky of people would ever notice a difference.

Yeah because there is nothing to fix, they can only add some features.. The phone works perfectly...
