After One UI 7 Update, I can't customize my individual alarm backgrounds. Where I used to be able to choose a background for each individual alarm, it now says, "Alarm background Spotify". I use Spotify for my Alarm sound and I have a paid Spotify account, but I don't know why that shows up as a background setting. When I click on Alarm background nothing happens. Has this feature been removed from the latest update?

It's all buttons, not the background itself. But if you see the option/Setting and can't tap it, there's something weird going on (they pretty much look like buttons/setting options so no way to tap elsewhere).

Did it work? I can share screenshots if not...
I found out that when I use a Spotify song as my Alarm sound (I have a Spotify Premim account), my Alarm background is whatever background Spotify has applied to that song. However, if I use a ringtone that I've downloaded to my phone (Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra), then I can choose my own background picture. This is new with One UI 7. The previous version allowed me to customize my alarm background picture. I haven't figured out yet how to download a song from Spotify and then convert it to a ringtone. Right now I'm just using various ringtones that I have stored on the phone.
