This is maybe nob question, but what in case phone has been rooted. How to restore data and sell it without worrying for passwords & Account inside Android Files/folders??
In my case, I have LG ProLite with KitKat which I had rooted. How to clean data before selling m phone? Or it is best for me to flash (unroot) my system again?

Reflashing the ROM is the better way, but be aware that you can't totally wipe all data off solid state storage. Someone determined (and skilled) enough can still do some data mining, even if you format the whole internal storage and repartition it. Crushing the memory chip and heating the pieces to white heat is the only way to ensure that it's impossible to recover data.

It's not whether the phone is rooted that matters, it's that "deleting" on solid state storage is just marking the space usable, it doesn't actually overwrite the space, the way hard drive erasers do.

Thanks for your answer. I am aware of data mining but it does not worries me too much. You give me answer I was expecting ~ reflash it is ~
