After repair, apps like s health or Knox doesn't work due to "root"

I recently repaired my phone in the Samsung services. When i got it back and wanted to use s health or knox, it tells me that my phone is rooted so i can't use neither of the apps. I used root checker to be sure, it shows that root isn't installed properly. Any solution?

Take it back to Samsung n tell them to fix it.

This is one of many reasons why I don't root my phone.... Too many risks envolved....

Now we know something about how Samsung fixes phones - they root them to gain better access to things they can't do without root.

That kind of violates their own warranty.
