SO I just rooted my phone, no custom firmware installed...and my phone's wifi decided to stop working on me, any suggestions on how to fix this? My data plan does not allow me to download that large of files (200 MB data plan <- fail) but I think I may have to try and unroot in order to remedy this situation. I do not want to do that, so any suggestions on how to fix this? I rooted using Hack Kit v11.

Get with the ROMs developer. They usually have updates on patches for that stuff.

Hack Kit has been giving people issues with losing sound and wifi, which is why I avoid using it and stay using Bubby's One-Click Simple Root.

Yeah, I tried to revert back now I'm stuck on a Downgrade and it's not letting me choose "Charge only" because the box isn't popping up and I can't downgrade further...I've only had this phone for a week too.

You actually have to install an updated radio on your phone using HBoot. Downloading the [ROM] Ace_Cingular_US_1.84.502.11-Radio-26_06_06 _30_M then putting it on to the SD card, renaming it to PD98IMG.zip.

Once you have it on you the ROOT of your SD Card, turn off your phone, and get into HBoot by pressing the volume down button and power button. The phone will then ask you to update, and you click yes with the volume key.
