After update, I can't access my locked notes?

I just updated my Samsung Note 9 yesterday morning. I went to go into my locked notes section but upon selecting one, it won't let me type in my pin, and gives me a screen that says "couldn't verify identity. You entered and incorrect password 0 times. Try again in 294xxx seconds."

But it won't even let me enter my pin??? And if I try to change my pin it does the same thing. And if i reset my pin it deletes all locked notes. This only started after the update...

I would try to clear cache and force close it see if you can get back in again.
