After update phone keeps restarting

After the update (like 20 mins after it was done) my phone keeps restarting over and over again
it's so hard to watch it die like this.
how do I stop it?!
it goes as far as the t-mobile pink screen, fades to black and then restarts again
help me you're my only hope

Two choices: (1) Search this forum (or xda-developers) for instructions on how to download and manually install the firmware; or (2) visit or contact T-Mobile so they can fix it for you.

Hi there. Can you tell us what make and model your phone is? How long have you had it? What was the battery like before the update? Was it the regular monthly update? Thanks.
