Yes...I have had three BSODs since the update (Monday for me). I've waiting patiently for this update hoping to fix this but it has not. The phone is going back as soon as I have time to mail it out.

Since sept 8th I've had 2 BSODs.. Either something you guys have installed is causing them or you just have bad phones and absolutely should exchange.

I am not so sure about that...I had one BSOD since I got my phone a week after the release date up to the update. But since I did the update late Monday night my phone has shut down 3 times by itself which resulted in me having to pull the battery to get it to come back on, and I have not installed anything new. I have had no issues with my phone unlike a lot of folks, in fact it's been almost perfect for me. After the third shut down I am wondering if I should have opted not to take the update, which is not really and option I know but just sayin' :-\

In your case it sure sounds possible something got screwy during the update process, of course all I can do speculate. If it keeps happening I'd definitely try to exchange it.

I would have to agree with you.
I have never had a BSOD until after the update. I have now had three instances where the phone shut off and required a battery pull. And no, I have not installed anything or changed anything since the update.
It really pisses me off considering that the update has been great for other aspects of the phone.

Im on a leaked version on my Bionic and it happened yesterday just sitting in my pocket... it just wouldn't turn on. I don't think it has been fully fixed yet, but I like 2defmouze, I haven't had it happen more than just a few times in three months and ive been on 5.7.893 radio and 894 based ROM for a while.

Granted its annoying when it happens, but to be happening that much since the update it sounds like the phone is not playing well with something thats installed or something went screwy when updating. If it keeps up you might just need to do a factory reset and see if that corrects it. If it does seem to correct it, slowly reinstall your existing apps back on and see if one set of them interacts poorly with it.

+1 to thinking factory reset before going to verizon.. Silly me for not thinking of that but im sure if you were to go that's the first thing they'd tell you too.
