Live out in the country.
Been having problems with my Pixel 3 XL since I got it last year.

Its a Unlocked Pixel 3 XL that I got at Best Buy.

My wife is always calling me.
My phone never rings.

A buddy of mine back home is always calling me.
My phone never rings.
I get distorted calls a lot too.
Lot of trees around me.

For a year now, I have been all through the setting looking for wifi calling.
Never been able to find it.

Went to the Verizon store this morning.

They looked and looked.
Got on their computer,
It says the Pixel 3 has wifi calling
But the Pixel 3 XL does not have wifi calling.

Verizon said about all the phones now have wifi calling.
But Google didn't include it in the Pixel 3 XL

Hard to take as expensive as the phone was.

Is this what you are referring to? Go into Settings and search for wi-fi calling

Call Google customer support and ask. The Verizon "techs" know less than you do. Google customer service can get to anyone in Google they need to, to answer a question.

Completely false. I had WIFI calling on unlocked Pixel on Verizon
 
Can't find config IMS calling anywhere.
I've also been into search.
It brings up nothing on IMS

When I search for wi-fi calling, the Configure IMS calling tab above flashes. Interesting
I'm on Android 10 - you too?
 
I have a 3xl unlocked from Google on Verizon. I have the option and have it enabled. Call it into Google and pull a warranty on it if they can;t fix it.
 
Sounds great.

But I can't do without a Phone
I'm a cancer patient.
So sending it in is not a option for me.

If you bought it from Google they can send you the replacement first by putting a temporary hold on your card

Had a Note 10+ - excellent phone
Would suggest double and triple checking it will work under your conditions
Try asking in the Note 10 + forum, plenty of experience there

New Phones are out.

Think I will go with a new phone.

Pixel don't seem like I want to stay with.
They are nice phones if that is what you want.
Google is still wanting to stay a year behind.
I don't want to stay with the phone if I'm having problems.

If I do something I will get a new phone with a new processor.

Can confirm.
Settings>Networks & Internet>Mobile Network. It's under advanced. Mine is a Verizon version. If it's not there, I don't know what to tell you, and I'd contact Google support itself.
If you're just looking for an excuse to get a new phone, that's a different story. But the 3 XL has wi-fi calling.

As for your other issues, a conversation with Google support can handle that for you, and if not, a warranty claim can be placed. I'm pretty sure they even have the option for you to have a loaner phone or replacement phone first if you're willing to let them put a hold on your card until they receive the faulty device.
