Verizon said the pixel 3 offered wifi Calling.
The pixel 3 xl their was no wifi Calling.
They showed me in their computer.

Bixby is one of the big reasons I won't got back to a Samsung phone.

To solve your problem, there are 2 easy ways to get it done. First is to use 'wifi calling' on your cellphone if available.
If that isn't possible, get a 'magic jack' to connect to your homes internet , which will allow you to use a old style phone over your internet connection.
