Air browse, Direct call,smart alert not working

Hey I've been experiencing this issue as well. I've tried the following with varying success. Clear obstruction. My case tends to cover the aperture of the cameras on the front of the phone, this was one issue. Also, I try and keep this area clean as debris from my pocket sometimes gets lodged into the camera's viewing pane.
