Airplane Mode -- S Health Message

I was traveling last week out of the country and placed my Galaxy S5 in airplane mode while flying. When I landed, I tried using Wi-Fi in the airport (in Canada). I was able to get free airport Wi-Fi for using Viber, etc., but would constantly get a notification on the phone that "S Health was no longer working." The notification came up every 2 seconds, making it impossible to work around it, as have to hit "OK" to clear the notification. Is there a setting on S Health or somewhere on the phone to keep this from coming up? I don't use S Health yet, but want to some day, but the repeated notifications made me want to uninstall it!

Thanks,

No, that was the problem. I could answer the message (OK or cancel, IIRC) but it would pop up again instantly.
