Alarm click doesn't work after restart

[AC Question]

After restarting the phone, the already setup alarms will not ring. I even opened up the clock app, went to the alarm setting and saved it again so that there was the "alarm set for x minutes" pop-up. There is an alarm clock symbol in the status bar. Samsung Galaxy S7
