Alarm not sounding

I use alarm clock xtreme (paid version) and my alarms have not been sounding. The phone is showing the alarm as going off, but no sound is coming out. I have a smart action that keeps all of my sound off until 4:30am but my alarm isn't set until 5:30am...anyone else seeing this? Is there a fix?

Are any of your sounds working? There's a bug where sometimes all sound cuts out. You can "wake up" the sounds by going to Settings/Sounds and testing out various ringtones.

My other sounds work fine...it's just the alarm.
